Color help! [04 Dec 2009|09:29pm] madradhair [fightingsleep] I am in desperate need for a color change. I have not dyed my hair in a 1½ years because I had dyed it so much for 8 years straight that it was so damaged. I am sick of my natural hair color & have been wanting to dye it for ages. I am thinking of a brownish black or an auburn color. But I have no idea what will work. I am happy with my cut, but I need some suggestions since it has been ages since I have dyed it. ( My hair color currently... ) Any pictures with color suggestions would help. I'm open to just about everything at this point! post comment

In Korea, BoA is not Bank of America, but a huge pop act with crazy hot music videos. As part of a campaign to launch her in America, she played a special concert at Universal Citywalk. DAC invited me and Forrest Black to go and we had a lot of fun. DAC was too shy to buy the CD and the poster BoA would later autograph, so Forrest went and did it for him. Later DAC treated us to dinner. The shrimp place at Citywalk has wretched food and good drinks, but the important thing was that we enjoyed great conversation. And my glass had flashing lights in it like a mini-rave. David Aaron Clark always claimed he didn’t smile in pictures, but this David Aaron Clark photo gallery demonstrates that he did, under the right circumstances. A few days ago, I posted my initial personal response to DAC’s passing RIP David Aaron Clark. Here is a list of links to other remembrances by some of the artists, writers, and deviant who mourn him. Bleaching/Lightening help [05 Dec 2009|02:09am] madradhair [mrxfreaks] Im going to sound like a utter idiot here but oh well c: I've wanted to put some color in my hair for some time now as Im getting bored with the same boring black (It suits me better than this natural brown I have >>;) So want to put some red in. I think the last time I dye it black was about a month/month&half ago, I have a feeling its a little too soon to go bleaching/lightening but Im not too precious about my hair since I use pretty good repairing shampoo/conditioner and If worst came to worse It could be cut out and grown back. I've had my hair bleached twice before, the first time was just a chunk in my fringe and they completely FRIED it, it was utterly shit and I hated it, the second time I had it done at a professional coloring salon I wanted the chunk bleached & dyed pink but they decided to color my whole fringe, It didnt last long but they didnt ruin my hair and its back to good condition. But what I wanted to ask was what product should I use? I live in the Uk (midlands) and want to get the stuff tomorrow so no buying online for me, I've read 3% Hydrogen Peroxide is good as I don't really need to go WHITE blonde if Im putting color in after. &also, is there a good inexpensive deep conditioner I could use? recomendations please :D ? or I could go back to my natural color, which is like this (did't like face D:) actually, it had a kinda redishbrown look then http://i48.tinypic.com/2ng7rzc.jpg 1 comment|post comment

Naturally, I'm a dirty blonde but I have no pictures of that aside from like, super childhood photos :( ( timeline, 2007 - now )I guess my question is, should I continue with black or perhaps nurse my hair back to health, only to bleach it again?
