I have to say, that you really are right. I can't even imagine why someone would want someone else if they had you to begin with. You are better off without him obviously as he wasn't smart enough to see or know what he had and threw away.

Don't feel like an idiot. You aren't, not at all, you just listened to him. But next time when some guy says he likes you more then any girl in the last few "months"? Just tell him to go away, because if that's where you rate then he really doesn't know you and isn't all that serious. I am sorry that he hurt you though. You definitely don't deserve that. You are beautiful, smart, creative and talented. He didn't deserve you anyway.
